“Hi and welcome to Ballarat. We are located in the heart of the CBD in the beautiful & historic Water Board building. Combining the best of both worlds, here you can still find original features like huge safe doors that are the real McCoy and a wood panelled reading room, while enjoying comfy seating and free wifi.
My team here is a great bunch, always ready with a smile and always willing to take care of your needs. Our decorators are happy to entertain little visitors while making the product right in front of your eyes as you sit back and enjoy your meal. We are also one of the very few places in the heart of the city that have their own carpark at the rear; and what’s more, it’s free!”

Bakery manager in Ballarat
When visiting Ballarat with its many historic sites, make a point of stopping at the magnificent heritage-listed building that the Beechworth Bakery here calls home. Operating in the iconic 1850s Water Board Building on the corner of Grenville & Lewis streets, the fifth member of the Beechworth Bakery family is a large bakery, seating 200 people and occupying approximately 400sqm of space.
