The Opportunity:
We're on the look out for a fully qualified baker or pastry cook who’s serious about a baking career, to join out Beechworth bakehouse team.
Opportunities for supported accommodation in Beechworth is also available.
About you:
We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of creativity, precision, and is detail orientated. Someone who enjoys a challenge, is passionate about the products they produce and is a morning person - some shifts commence at 2.30am!
You’ll ideally have:
- A passion for baking.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- A reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Demonstrated experience in the process of bread making.
- Experience and knowledge in following recipes and producing flavorsome products.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food or bakery environment.
- Availability to work across a 7 day roster, span of shifts from 2.30am to 3.00pm.
