Terms & Conditions

Effective as of 11 August 2025

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions (Terms) govern your participation in the BAKERY REWARDS program operated by Beechworth Bakery ABN 64 111 421 115. By registering for the program or using your BAKERY REWARDS membership card in-store, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any amendments published on our website from time to time.

2. About the Bakery Rewards Program

BAKERY REWARDS is a customer loyalty program available at the following Beechworth Bakery locations:

  • Beechworth – 27 Camp Street, VIC 3747
  • Echuca – 513 High Street, VIC 3564
  • Albury – Shop 11, Myer Centrepoint, NSW 2640
  • Bendigo – 158 High Street, VIC 3550
  • Ballarat – 6 Grenville Street, VIC 3350
  • Healesville – 316 Maroondah Hwy, VIC 3777
  • Bright – 5 Ireland Street, VIC 3741
  • Yackandandah – 20 High Street, VIC 3749

BAKERY REWARDS replaces the former Beechworth Bakery Bonus Rewards program, which concluded in June 2025. Existing members of the previous program retain their membership and do not need to re-register. For details regarding the transition of rewards, refer to the information
provided by email or contact us at enquiries@beechworthbakery.com.au.

3. Membership and Eligibility

  1. Membership is free and available to individuals aged 15 years and older.
  2. You may join online or in-store at any participating location.
  3. To register, you must provide your full name, email address, and mobile number.

4. Membership Card

Upon joining, members receive a physical BAKERY REWARDS membership card.

To earn or redeem points in-store, members must either:

  1. Present their membership card at the point of sale, or
  2. Provide their registered email address or mobile number.

5. Earning Points

  1. Regular Members earn 7.5 points per $1 spent on qualifying in-store retail purchases.
  2. VIP Members earn 9 points per $1 spent on qualifying in-store retail purchases.
  3. Points are not earned on gift card purchases, online orders, Chewzie or Deliverect platform orders (e.g., UberEats, DoorDash, Menulog), catering, wholesale orders or when redeeming BAKERY REWARDS.
  4. We may offer Bonus Points promotions from time to time. Terms for these promotions will be communicated separately.
  5. Points will appear in your account after your transaction is completed.
  6. If your account remains inactive (i.e. you do not earn at least one point) for 12 months, all points will expire.

6. Redeeming Points

  1. Points are redeemable in-store only.
  2. Redemptions can be made in increments up to a maximum of 5,000 points ($50) per transaction.
  3. BAKERY REWARDS cannot be redeemed for cash.
  4. BAKERY REWARDS stay valid as long as you shop at least once every 12 months, and the membership card, registered email address or mobile number is provided at the point of sale at the time of the transaction.
  5. We reserve the right to offer promotional or bonus BAKERY REWARDS, which may
    be subject to additional terms.

7. Returns and Adjustments

  1. If you return an item, points earned on that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
  2. If a BAKERY REWARD was used in the original purchase, the refund will be based
    on the amount paid after the reward was applied.
  3. If a reward was used across multiple items, its value will be proportionally allocated and adjusted in the event of a return.

8. Member Responsibilities and Limitations

  1. Members are responsible for safeguarding their membership information and card.
  2. Points, Bonus Points, and BAKERY REWARDS are non-transferable and may not be sold or shared.
  3. The program is for personal use only and not intended for business or commercial use.
  4. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a membership if fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.
  5. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the program with at least 30 days' notice.
  6. Lost or damaged cards may be replaced upon verification. If verification is not possible, a new membership must be registered, and previously earned points will not transfer.

9. Privacy

We collect personal information to administer the program and enhance your experience. This includes information you provide (e.g., when joining) and information collected automatically (e.g., cookies on
our website).

Additional Terms

  • 500 Bonus Points are awarded upon joining, limited to one per person and available for a limited time.
  • Points and BAKERY REWARDS have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Beechworth Bakery ‘Bakery Rewards’ Coffee Voucher Promotion – Terms
& Conditions

1.    Promotion Period:
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 11 August 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 10 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

2.    Eligibility:
Entry is open to individuals who sign up to the Beechworth Bakery ‘Bakery Rewards’ program in-store during the Promotion Period. This competition is valid for in-store sign-ups only. Existing Bakery Rewards members may also enter by making an in-store transaction that includes the purchase of a coffee during the Promotion Period.
One entry is permitted per eligible sign-up or qualifying transaction. Employees of Beechworth Bakery and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3.    Entry Method:

  • To enter, participants must:
    a) Sign up to the Beechworth Bakery ‘Bakery Rewards’ program in-store during
    the Promotion Period; or
    b) Be an existing Bakery Rewards member and purchase a coffee in-store during
    the Promotion Period.

4.    Prize:
One winner will receive a Beechworth Bakery coffee voucher to the value of $250, applied directly to the winner’s Bakery Rewards membership card. The voucher is redeemable in-store only, with a
limit of one coffee per transaction. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

5.    Prize Draw and Notification: The winner will be selected at random on 11 September 2025. The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their Bakery Rewards account. Entrants must maintain an active Bakery Rewards membership at the time of the draw to be eligible to claim the prize.

6.    General Conditions:

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other goods
    or services.
  • Beechworth Bakery reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or is incomplete, indecipherable, or fraudulent.
  • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Beechworth
