We’re on the hunt for an energetic, customer-focused Front of House Team Members to join our bakery family in Echuca. As the face of Beechworth Bakery, you'll be serving up smiles (and our delicious treats!) to locals, road trippers, and everyone in between. From helping customers find their favourite slice to sharing the story behind our famous Bee Sting, you'll be a key part of delivering the warm, welcoming experience we're known for. The roles on offer are casual with a range of hours available as needed. What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering top-notch customer service with a smile. Serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and keeping the front area looking its best. Sharing product knowledge and recommendations with customers. Working closely with the bakery team to keep things running smoothly – from morning coffee rushes to busy weekend afternoons. What We’re Looking For: A customer-focused all-rounder who’s positive and proactive Barista experience, or keen willingness to learn and great customer skills Ability to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment Available to work weekends, public holidays, and school holidays, along with weekdays.
