About the Role: 

Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We are looking for a Part-Time Administration Officer to join our friendly head office team based exclusively in the beautiful historic town of Beechworth. The role is for 2 days per week, working Thursday & Friday. 

As a key member of our administration team, you'll provide vital support across a variety of office functions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a team environment, and is confident managing multiple tasks with professionalism and efficiency as well as a keen interest in attention to detail! 

Please note: 

  • This is an office-based role located in Beechworth – remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and website enquiries. 

  • Process invoices, liaise with suppliers and contractors, and maintain stockpile files. 

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, uniforms, name badges and merchandise. 

  • Monitor and respond to incoming and outgoing mail. 

  • Support customer experience and marketing activities, including feedback collation, distributing promotional materials, and loyalty program tasks. 

  • Acquit invoices and maintain accurate records of goods and services received. 

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and administrative checklists. 

  • Provide leave coverage for other administration officers as needed.
